Zoe grew up on a Midwest US farm before moving to the UK. She spent years working in UK organic farming policy. She started Fenn in 2019 to build software that treats farmers as decision-makers, not data points.

Cian Kelly

CTO · ex-UK challenger bank

Cian was previously Tech Lead at a UK challenger bank, where he built the customer data infrastructure and led cryptographic key management. He brought that approach to Fenn: customer-managed keys, end-to-end encryption, no surveillance by default.

Jack Lowe

Head of Security

Jack joined Fenn in January 2026 to lead ISO 27001 certification and build the security program following the Series B. He came from a UK security consultancy, where he led ISO 27001 certifications for growing tech companies.
